21,000 per year (DOE) + performance bonus

The Role



As our Digital Marketing Assistant you'll support day-to-day delivery across SEO, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You'll help execute and optimise campaigns, report on performance, and collaborate with content and design to keep results moving in the right direction.

You're curious with data, organised in your approach, and comfortable juggling multiple client accounts with clear priorities.

What you'll do



Assist with building and optimising SEO, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns against agreed KPIs and budgets. Perform keyword research, audience/intent analysis and basic technical/onsite SEO checks. Create and manage search ad assets (copy, extensions), and help QA landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitor performance daily/weekly, compile reports and surface insights and next actions to the team and clients. Run competitor and market analysis to spot opportunities and risks. Coordinate with content/design to brief assets and ensure messaging and UX stay on-brand and conversion-focused. Support client communications alongside the Marketing Director and Account Managers (status updates, agendas, action logs). Pitch in on ad-hoc marketing projects and keep admin tidy (tracking docs, budget pacing, asset libraries).

Skills & experience



Must-haves



Hands-on exposure to SEO and PPC (Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising), agency or in-house. Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and an SEO suite (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush). Strong written/verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, and solid time management.

Nice-to-haves



Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking set-up and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with landing-page builders and CRO basics.Knowledge of Looker Studio reporting. Basic HTML/CSS understanding and/or experience collaborating with developers.
