We are looking for an innovative content creator + graphic designer to drive MOOD London's online presence with engaging, luxury-led social media content. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to MOOD London's marketing strategy and to enhance the brand's visibility.

About the role

As a Content Creator in MOOD London, you will be the mind and heart responsible for the production of material such as videos, campaigns, and social media posts, that feels organic and distinctly MOOD London in alignment with our brand narrative. Your daily focus will be building brand awareness, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones through content.

As a content creator you will translate MOOD London's identity, scents, and lifestyle values into appealing digital experiences, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth across digital and physical retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content production: work closely with the studio partner to create and edit high-quality photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,website, and email ??Work with the marketing team to come up with innovative and creative ways to build our audience and retain existing customers. Work closely with the head of marketing and retail teams to align content creation with sales objectives and promotional calendars. Stay up to date with digital trends, beauty and fashion content styles, and competitors' marketing.

About you

You will be a natural storyteller, with passion for fashion and luxury settings. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where technical editing skills meet creativity to capture lifestyle and product content that tells MOOD London's journey.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, graphic design, photography, videography or communication. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). Software Proficiency with tools like Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for creating clear and captivating content. Determination and resilience are key, as building an audience takes time and effort. Ability to generate innovative and original ideas Willingness to learn new tools and techniques, and to adapt to changes in platforms and trends. Knowledge of social media marketing, advertising techniques, and branding.
