Responsibilities
:
Digital Design
Create high-quality digital assets for campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, email, and product launches.
Develop clean, cohesive design systems including product imagery, infographics, brand elements and templates.
Produce motion graphics, short-form animations, and scroll-stopping social visuals (Reels, TikToks, GIFs).
Ensure all creative output is consistent, on-brand, and optimised for multiple platforms.
Build and maintain a library of reusable templates to support fast and efficient campaign delivery.
Collaborate with wider teams to translate briefs into clear, engaging visual executions.
Social Media
Support the planning and scheduling of content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Write clear, on-brand captions and adapt copy per platform when needed.
Stay close to trends in digital design, social content, and emerging formats.
TikTok Shop & Creator Content Support
Produce polished assets for TikTok, including imagery, graphics and short clips.
Provide creative support for TikTok Lives through visuals and interactive elements
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be a creative thinker, detail-driven, and ready to hit the ground running and will:
Bring
1+ years of experience
with Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrate a strong command of the entire design process--from initial brief to final output.
Be adept at producing
digital and print work
, including marketing emails, and other structural stuff
Have a
strong, versatile portfolio
that shows off your creativity, technical skills, and ability to work across multiple mediums.
Thrive in a
busy environment
, managing multiple deadlines with precision and calm.
Be a confident communicator, able to
collaborate effectively with a close-knit team

Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work.
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) within a Mac environment
Knowledge of gifs/video editing.
Essential required
A digitally driven designer with at least 1 years' experience in a similar role (in-house preferred).
Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Confident producing motion graphics and short-form video for social.
Confident with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is advantageous.
A solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats.
Detail-oriented, organised and skilled at managing multiple briefs at once.
Clear written communication skills to support captions and product messaging when needed.
