Key Responsibilities:

Tender / BID Writing

Support the coordination of NHS tender and framework submissions with template documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop persuasive, tailored bid content. Conduct research and market analysis to inform bid strategy and strengthen submissions. Produce supporting materials, including flow charts, diagrams, and financial summaries, for bid documentation. Contribute to maintaining the bid library, timelines, review cycles, and submission processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Marketing & Communications

Create a wide range of content, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and other materials. Craft compelling stories that showcase expertise, organisational impact, and patient care. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. Ensure all written content is clear, professional, and aligned with organisational objectives. Contribute to a variety of marketing and communication initiatives across different channels. Additionally, support the development of content for new service lines and Evidia Group-wide initiatives.

Qualification, Training and Experience

BA/MA in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline. Experience supporting or contributing to tender/BID submissions is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and subject matter experts. Proven ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging written content across different formats, adhering to brand guidelines. Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance. High attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines. Methodical, analytical, and organised approach to tasks.
