We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly driven Influencer Manager and Content Creator powerhouse who can translate that mission into content that ignites passion, drives engagement, and builds a movement.

You'll work across two exciting Patchwork Brands businesses, Higher Nature & Peppersmith.

Who you are:

You have a proven track record of platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) Instagram content creation. You also have a deep understanding of the platform, trends, challenges, and each platform's unique community culture. A content-making powerhouse with exceptionally high standards and a passion for seeing your creations shared across social media platforms. You understand that emotion drives purchase and are adept at picking up on trends which push the brand to the forefront of customers minds. You're quick to identify trends, moments, and movements where Higher Nature & Peppersmith should show up, ahead of the competition. A people person who will manage our social media output and collaborate with the in-house creative & marketing team to ensure consistent, engaging content is created and delivered which aligns with the broader communication and campaign strategy. You are constantly offering fresh ideas and perspectives to help content production and optimisation. You're confident, composed, and capable of driving team momentum. You are incredibly organised and love making things happen quickly! You always find a way to get it done. Confidence in front of the camera is a must. Be willing to be at our London office and be out shooting content in different locations 3 days per week

What You'll Do

Content Creation

: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Canva) and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.

Content Editing

: Proficient in editing software e.g. After Effects and motion graphics

Trend Hopping

: Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to adjust strategies and to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy and to capitalise on viral opportunities.

Building a strong community

: Foster a sense of community by responding to comments and engaging with followers in a genuine and meaningful way

Communicating:

Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the social media audience.

Influencer Collaboration:

Work closely with ambassadors and influencers to produce content. Find and engage with current topics, and cultural trends that match each brand's values, keeping the brand relevant and impactful.

Content Strategy

: Create and carry out a content plan that supports brand goals, using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Measuring Impact:

Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights. Regularly analyse performance metrics to understand what resonates with the audience and refine content strategies accordingly. Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to improve and optimise content strategy.

Affiliate management:

Manage and expand each brand's affiliate programme, recruiting new partners, managing existing relationships and seeking new opportunities.
