Content Creator / Marketing Assistant

We're on the lookout for a creative, motivated Content Creator / Marketing Assistant to join our growing hospitality brand.

This role will start by supporting one shop brand, with the opportunity to grow into additional brands if the work is a great fit.

This is a part-time role (approx. 5 hours per week), perfect for someone who loves social media, content creation, and storytelling--and wants to grow alongside a brand.

About the Role

You'll help bring our brand to life online by creating engaging, high-quality content and managing our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands social platforms, trends, and how to capture the feel of a hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities

Create and capture high-quality photo and video content (in-store, food, drinks, ambience, team moments, etc.)

Plan, create, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Understand trends and adapt them to fit our brand voice

Assist with basic content planning and posting schedules

Help grow engagement, reach, and brand awareness

Maintain a consistent and on-brand look and feel

Collaborate with the team on ideas, promotions, and campaigns

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they work

Confident capturing high-quality content (phone is fine if quality is strong)

Creative eye for visuals, storytelling, and aesthetics

Basic editing skills (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Passion for hospitality, food, drinks, and people

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Bonus:

Experience working with hospitality brands

Knowledge of content analytics and performance

Copywriting or caption-writing skills

Experience with multiple brands or accounts
