About the Role

We're seeking a skilled, self-driven, self directed Content Creator & Marketing Strategist who is equally comfortable behind a camera as they are inside Google Analytics. This role will lead our content production and help guide strategy based on performance insights. You'll be a core part of building our brand voice, growing our online presence, and driving customer conversion through creative yet calculated content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Film and edit dynamic video content using our in-house Sony camera Create on-brand, high-converting content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Write engaging captions with strong calls to action Schedule and publish posts using content analyses and trend tracking Keep up with fitness and posing trends to inform content themes Capture and edit other activities relating to Posebyfeyi, posing highlights, and merch promotions

Marketing & Analytics

Track the performance of content using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Wix Insights Prepare monthly content reports showing growth, bookings impact, and suggested changes Work with the wider team to align content with product launches and campaigns Propose ideas for A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, posting times) Monitor conversion rates -- e.g., how reels translate into bookings or merch sales Contribute to brand growth strategy (e.g. paid promos, challenges, influencer outreach)

Requirements

Genuine interest in fitness, bodybuilding, or wellness -- either professionally or personally Strong video shooting/editing skills (CapCut essential; Adobe Suite a bonus) Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio required) Confident using a professional camera -- ideally familiar with the Sony A1 or similar Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and social platform insights Highly organised, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills

Bonus (Not Required But a Plus)

SEO knowledge Paid ad management experience (Meta, YouTube, or Google Ads) Experience working with a brand in the fitness or wellness industry Influencer background
