Job Overview



We are seeking a versatile and innovative Content Creator to join our dynamic creative team. This role is ideal for a multi-talented professional who excels at bringing brands to life through compelling visual and written content across diverse platforms and channels.

As a Content Creator, you will develop and produce high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our clients. You'll work collaboratively with our strategy, design, and account teams to ensure all content aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Production



Create engaging, brand-aligned content including photography, videography, written copy, graphics, and multimedia assets Develop content for multiple platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and digital advertising Execute photo and video shoots, managing all aspects from concept development to post-production Write compelling copy for various formats including social posts, captions, blog articles, and email campaigns

Strategic Content Planning



Collaborate with the creative team to develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with client marketing objectives Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives Research target audiences to ensure content speaks directly to their interests and preferences Work with clients to understand brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content requirements

Platform Management & Community Building



Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) Schedule and publish content using social media management tools Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner Engage with followers and build online communities that foster brand loyalty

Content Optimisation & Performance



Implement SEO best practices in written content to improve search engine visibility Optimise visual content for different platforms, ensuring proper sizing, formatting, and quality standards A/B test different content approaches to identify what resonates best with specific audiences Ensure all content follows accessibility guidelines

Analytics & Performance Monitoring



Track and analyse content performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics and optimisation opportunities Monitor engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion metrics Provide data-driven recommendations for content improvements

Trend Research & Innovation



Stay ahead of industry trends, social media developments, and emerging content formats Monitor competitor content strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation Research and test new platforms, tools, and content creation techniques Experiment with emerging technologies such as AR filters and interactive content

Requirements



Essential



2-4 years of content creation experience, preferably in agency or marketing environment Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting Experience managing social media accounts and building online communities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone and style for different brands Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics Excellent communication and time management skills Right to work in the UK

Desirable



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Visual Arts, or related field Experience with emerging platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterst, YOutube Shorts and other social media channels Knowledge of content management systems Understanding of paid social media advertising Experience with email marketing platforms (Klayvio, Mailchimp)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
