The Role



Are you a creative storyteller with a talent for digital content? Rugby School is looking for a skilled Content Creator to join our Marketing & Admissions team.

Under the leadership of the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will play a key role in bringing the Rugby School experience to life through compelling video, photography, interviews, and short-form content. From capturing day-to-day life and milestone events to showcasing thought leadership and alumni stories, your work will support the School's marketing and admissions goals across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Film and edit high-quality, brand-aligned video and photography, including day-in-the-life pieces, campaign content, and event highlights Create engaging short-form content for social media and the School website Conduct on-camera interviews with students, staff, alumni, and visitors Write clear, concise copy, with a clear narrative for use within visual content Deliver timely content that responds to key moments and maximises social media relevance Work closely with the Marketing Executive to deliver on the content calendar, including material for paid digital campaigns Repurpose and edit existing content across formats and platforms Liaise with students and staff to coordinate shoots and attend events as needed Collaborate with the wider team, including our Graphic Designer, to support digital campaigns, newsletters, and publications Maintain the School's digital asset library with well-organised and tagged content

Requirements:



A passion for digital storytelling and an eye for detail Strong filming and editing skills across video and photography Confidence in interviewing and directing contributors on camera The ability to work quickly and flexibly, responding to fast-moving priorities and live events A team spirit and willingness to contribute creatively to wider projects
