Content Creator & Social Media Executive

to join our growing beauty and wellness brand family. This is the perfect role for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, loves being on camera, and has a natural eye for aesthetics, trends and what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll work closely with our Senior Content & Brand Lead to bring the brand to life every single day creating fast, fun, scroll-stopping content that builds a strong, loyal community.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Content Creation

Film short-form content for TikTok, IG Reels & stories, you'll be on camera often. Create fun, trendy videos: tutorials, unboxings, product demos, GRWMs, BTS and relatable lifestyle clips. Help batch-film weekly content with the Senior Lead. Bring fresh energy and creative ideas to every shoot.

Editing & Posting

Edit videos quickly with clean pacing, strong hooks and modern layouts (CapCut or similar). Post content daily across the brand accounts you support. Keep stories active with behind-the-scenes clips, product shots, UGC and engaging updates. Maintain brand style, tone and consistency.

Community & Engagement

Reply to comments and DMs in a friendly, branded tone. Chat to customers, creators and fans daily. Help build a community that feels fun, friendly and connected. Repost UGC, PR content and moments from our customers and creators.

Influencer, Affiliate & PR Support

Help manage PR reposts, story shares and creator content. Assist with influencer communication and product send-outs. Keep track of who's posted, who to follow up with and which creators fit the brand vibe.

Graphics & Creative Assets

Create simple, clean and stylish graphics using Canva. Support with weekly website banners, promo graphics and launch visuals. Help prepare assets for TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping. Adobe experience is a bonus but not required.

Product Photography

Take tidy, aesthetic product images for social media and site updates. Help with flat lays, small studio setups and creative shoots.

Packaging & Aesthetic Input

Support with basic packaging ideas, colours, mock-ups and creative opinions. Help bring concept ideas to life for new products (lashes, skincare, wellness supplements). Provide aesthetic suggestions to ensure packaging matches the brand vibe.

Shopify & Klaviyo Support

Upload product images or videos when needed. Update simple website content with guidance. Assist with basic email campaigns, resend flows and visual layout tweaks.

Trends, Competitors & Brand Growth

Stay plugged into TikTok and IG trends daily. Watch what beauty, lash and skincare brands are doing and bring ideas forward. Suggest new content themes, hooks, viral angles or creative concepts weekly. Proactively help push the brand forward through ideas and fresh inspiration.

Experience Needed

1+ years creating content for TikTok/Instagram (personal or brand). Comfortable being on camera, fun, natural and confident. Editing experience with CapCut or similar. Strong understanding of beauty, lashes or skincare trends. Ability to create a high volume of content quickly and consistently. Experience working with or around social media for a brand (preferred but not essential). Basic Canva experience. Willingness to learn Shopify & Klaviyo.
