Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative content creator to join our growing content team. As an integrated PR and marketing agency, content creation is a core part of our output.

You will ideally have a very good understanding of the Creative Cloud software package, particularly Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop and Capcut. You will be confident in filming and taking photographs using DSLR cameras. You will be confident in recording audio for podcasts and editing the audio files.

Although you will frequently be working collaboratively with both the content team, the wider reTHINK team and our clients, you will also need to have the confidence to express your creative ideas both verbally and through storyboards and be able to independently direct small-scale shoots.

We are looking for a candidate with good understanding of social trends, and the ability to react quickly to create relevant and timely content for our clients. You will also have an eye for design and be able to execute simple creative designs for a range of purposes including social media and blogs.

You will be able to switch your style and tone to suit a range of high-profile B2B and B2C clients across Wales and the UK. You will also be organised and able to manage multiple projects within tight timescales.

Key requirements

- Experience of filming, photography, audio recording and editing using Creative Cloud Software and CapCut

- Relevant qualification/s

- Knowledge and passion for creative marketing

- A fast learner with attention to detail

- A positive friendly team player

- Driver's licence and use of personal car essential
