We're looking for a driven

Content Creator

to take ownership of documenting and building a real business story across

YouTube and social media

. This is not a standard freelance role -- it's a

profit-share opportunity

for someone who wants long-term upside and creative ownership.

You'll be responsible for planning, filming, editing and posting high-quality content that follows the journey of a UK business in real time. The role starts part-time, producing several strong pieces of content each month, with scope to increase output and earnings as the brand and revenue grow.

This role suits a creator who wants to build something meaningful, not just deliver one-off videos.

Initially this will be part time on the basis of having enough content to put out on a weekly basis. ie. could be one high quality long form video per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning content ideas and storytelling formats Filming behind-the-scenes, day-to-day and milestone moments Editing long-form and short-form content Posting and optimising content for YouTube and social platforms Helping shape the brand voice and content strategy Tracking performance and refining content over time Sole responsibility for online engagement and feedback to the partner

What We're Looking For:

Proven ability to film and edit engaging video content Strong storytelling instincts and creative vision Comfortable working behind the camera and independently Understanding of YouTube and social media platforms Reliable, organised and consistent Great communication skills online Self starter highly motivated to be uber successful
