Required Skills & Experience
A strong portfolio of
Meta/TikTok performance ads
.
Experience producing short-form video from concept ? shoot ? edit.
Solid understanding of
paid social advertising principles

problem/solution frameworks
understanding of what improves CAC
ability to spot why an ad isn't performing
Editing expertise in CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut.
Ability to self-direct shoots and plan creative angles independently.
Comfortable filming UGC-style content OR directing others.
Bonus: experience running paid ads yourself (even small-budget), or working closely with media buyers.
