Do you have a passion for video storytelling and creating meaningful content? Are you ready to make a real difference in 2026? Start the year with a rewarding career where compassion meets purpose.
We're looking for a creative and compassionate Content Creator to help showcase the incredible people, moments, and values that are at the heart of our care homes.
As our Content Creator, you'll play a vital role in sharing the warmth, professionalism, and daily life within our care homes. You'll craft compelling content that highlights resident stories, staff dedication and events.
Some of your duties will include:
Capturing authentic, respectful and heartwarming video content that showcase our resident's life and care experiences
Creating engaging images, videos and copy; monitoring and creating content for our websites and social media and online platforms.
Deliver campaigns and online copy that promotes our values aligning with our tone of voice
You will need to be able to build strong, informal working relationships across the organisation so that you can identify and write the 'stories' that set us apart from other care providers.
As a highly creative individual you will have an eye for capturing those special moments, but will also have the ability to pitch and adapt quickly and appropriately. You will be skilled in video production, editing and storytelling. You will be used to a busy workload and your focus will be on developing and adapting our social media and online activity. You will also be comfortable with supporting the wider marketing team with answering queries.
This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Content Creator ready to take their next step towards leading our social media and online presence. If you would like the chance to make a real impact by showcasing the warmth and care that is given in our homes then we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV and your portfolio or video samples to recruitment@ardale.co.uk by 12th January 2026.
