As our content creator, you'll capture and edit engaging video/photo content, manage paid ads, and craft social campaigns that engages with our audience. From brunches to DJ nights, private parties to cocktail launches, we are looking for someone to be able to work flexibly weekdays and weekends included.
Primarily, this role will be based in The Keys (Yarm) but also working for our other brands in our Middlesbrough head office.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for The Keys and other Group Businesses.
Use tools such as CapCut, Canva, and other editing software to create engaging visuals and short-form videos.
Tailor content styles to suit different platforms and brand voices - from upbeat nightclub edits to more corporate or product-focused material where required.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow our presence on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and any additional platforms relevant to other group businesses.
Schedule and publish daily content, ensuring tone and style align with the specific brand being represented.
Engage with audiences appropriately across different accounts.
Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly across all industries.
Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram paid ads for The Keys and other group businesses.
Develop tailored campaign strategies depending on audience, event, or business objectives.
Monitor performance, test creatives, and report on ad success.
On-Site Event Coverage
Attend nightclub events, restaurant promotions, and private hire functions at The Keys to create live content.
Visit other business locations (as required) to capture content suited to their industry.
Be available for flexible working hours, particularly weekends.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with marketing, events, and management teams across all businesses to align content with brand goals.
Contribute creative ideas and content plans to support wider campaigns, launches, and seasonal activations.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in content creation and social media management across multiple brands or industries.
Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and similar video/photo editing tools.
Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns.
Confident shooting content using mobile devices and editing for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
Strong copywriting ability, with flexibility to shift tone depending on brand (e.g. fun, professional and informative).
Self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments across multiple business types.
A full UK driving license
Attention to detail.
Time Management.
Desirable Experience Required
Basic photography or graphic design skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with TikTok ads or influencer collaborations.
