We're looking for a skilled and results-driven Content & Demand Generation Executive to join our growing marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role for someone with a strong digital skill set and a track record of delivering performance-led B2B campaigns. You'll be developing high-impact content across email, social, web and video, to support our lead generation efforts.
We're not just looking for ideas, we're looking for someone who can execute at a high level and deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Content Generation
Develop campaign content that aligns with our marketing strategy and lead generation
objectives
Create both short and long form content for email campaigns, social media, website and sales materials
Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content for campaigns and social
Use a selection of tools, like ChatGPT, Canva, Surfer SEO and WordPress, to deliver
compelling written and visual assets.
Support our SEO & PPC Executive with optimised website content
Email Marketing
Support the creation and delivery of effective email marketing campaigns
Create automated customer journeys within our CRM to convert cold MQLs into warm SQLs
Track performance, analyse campaign data, and make data-informed improvements
Wider Business Support
Collaborate with Business Development and Partner Success teams to produce useful, client-centric resources.

What We're Looking For:
Experience
Proven success delivering measurable digital campaigns, particularly email
Experience creating engaging content across various formats: written, visual, video
Comfortable monitoring campaign activity across multiple channels at once
At least 3 years' experience working in a similar marketing role
Skill set
Strong email marketing experience
CRM familiarity - ideally Dynamics Customer Insights, or willingness to learn a new system
Strong experience with copy writing
Able to write effective AI prompts to generate high-quality outputs across email copy, video scripts, and campaign messaging
Video planning, shooting and editing (we don't expect you to be a videographer - but we're looking for someone that can create some punchy social content).
Have experience using social media management tools or native platform scheduling
CMS experience (e.g. WordPress) and basic understanding of SEO principles
Comfortable using the Microsoft 365 suite
Bonus:
familiarity with Google Analytics or campaign tracking tools
Bonus:
has basic knowledge using key tools in the Adobe Creative Suite, with tools like InDesign and Premiere Pro.
