Content Development Manager (Commissioning and Editorial)
Salary: 32,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: 18 Central Avenue, St Andrews Business Park, Norwich NR7 OHR
Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work model: Hybrid; 3 days in office, 2 from home

Purpose of the Role
The Content Development Manager is responsible for leading content and product development through the lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond, including: identifying and researching opportunities; commissioning, managing and negotiating with content creators; managing quality assurance; overseeing
production and technology development activities; and managing and continually seeking to improve a product post-launch based on meaningful metrics.
They follow a user-focused, best-practice approach to developing relevant and high-quality content in a variety of media, and delivering it in the most appropriate format (including: print and digital publications, online, apps, and e-learning).
