Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative

Content Lead/Videographer

to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications team in Manchester. AMS aims to be a video/visual content first brand. This role will be responsible for the continuous generation, filming, and editing of high-quality video content that supports our brand and strengthens our digital presence. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end video production--delivering content such as webinars, podcasts, interviews, event coverage and photography, as well as social media assets.

Candidates will be required to present a portfolio of their video work as part of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Developing AMS assets to grow the AMS Brand

Run the content engine & manage the editorial calendar including video and branded imagery

Plan and film video content (short & long form) across multiple formats (webinars, case studies, Partner interviews, and social content)

Produces the AMS Insights Podcast (video + audio)

Manage end-to-end production including storyboarding, setup, filming, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery

Capture video and photography at internal and external events

Edit video to a high professional standard, ensuring consistency with brand identity

Optimise content for multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and social media

Produce content that reflects the tone and professionalism of the firm

Maintain a strong understanding of professional services and key topics affecting our clients (e.g., economic news, tax updates, budget changes)

Work closely with Partners and subject-matter experts to develop informed and compelling narratives

Capture high-quality event photography and candid imagery

Conduct professional headshots for internal teams when required

Create & build the content strategy across video and design

Deliver consistent weekly content output in line with KPIs

Requirements

Proven experience in videography and video editing ideally within a professional services environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating editing style, storytelling ability, and alignment with brand identity

Experience producing webinars, podcasts, interviews, and multi-format content

Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DeScript,)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders

Proven photography skills

Understanding of digital content analytics and performance metrics

Experience creating content strategy

Desirable

Experience of working within a Brand and Marketing team, ideally for/with a professional services team .
