Role Overview





We're seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager / Senior Content Manager to lead the development and execution of high-quality content across digital and offline channels. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's voice, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.



As a crucial member of the marketing team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the business - marketing, legal experts, business development, clients, partners and external agencies - to ensure content aligns with the firm's brand, values, and commercial goals.



We're looking for a someone who thrives on creativity and compelling storytelling across written and multimedia channels. You'll lead the development of high-impact content that elevates our brand, engages our audiences, supports campaigns and drives acquisition.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and implement the content strategy and associated plans across all channels, including website, social media, email, and brand. Setting goals and KPIs to elevate our brand visibility, engage audiences and acquire new clients.
Hands on delivery of the content plan, including script writing, creating briefs, briefing creatives, measuring performance and managing stakeholders & content plans.
Work collaboratively with marketing and all practices areas & key stakeholders, to create engaging and outstanding content for execution across the various channels.
Lead the creation of thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, partner and client communications
Collaborate with legal experts to translate complex legal topics into accessible, engaging content for our audiences
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives

What You Bring





Creative mindset with a strategic approach to storytelling
Proven experience in content management - strategy & delivery
Creative, collaborative, and solutions-focused with outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and CMS platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and various stakeholders with confidence
Strong project management skills, including briefing, coordination, and tracking of activity and projects
Detail-oriented and thrives under pressure in a busy, fast-moving environment
Deep understanding of content metrics, reporting platforms, and optimisation techniques
Exceptional eye for detail, outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills
The ability to move from strategy to delivery effortlessly
