Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, organised Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to work with us on a contract basis. You'll spend 2 days per week in our office creating engaging video and written content that positions Onflair as the go-to partner for fashion brands.

You'll be part of shaping our brand voice across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our newsletter.

Key Responsibilities

Film, edit, and publish short- and long-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Capture content in-office, and during day-to-day operations. This will include travelling. Manage posting schedules and optimise content for each platform. Repurpose video content into LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters. Assist in drafting written content - case studies, blog posts, email newsletters. Track content performance and suggest improvements. Stay up to date with platform trends and apply them creatively to our niche.

Requirements

Proven experience in creating video content (portfolio/examples required). Confident with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut). Strong writing and communication skills - able to adapt tone for different platforms. Knowledge of social platforms and trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Interest in fashion, business, or creative industries (a plus but not essential). Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table.

Contract Details

Commitment: 2 days per week (in-office). Rate: Competitive day rate, based on experience. Start: November 3rd, 2025 Location: 1 Fore Street Avenue London, England EC2Y 9DT
