Role Overview:



We are seeking a

Content Marketing Assistant

with a flair for storytelling and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in marketing, communications or journalism or for someone with relevant experience looking to expand their career in a fast-paced, international environment.

Working closely with the Group Digital Marketing Director and external partners, you'll help develop compelling written content that supports our marketing strategy across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand voice, crafting impactful campaigns, and delivering content that drives awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Produce well-written, on-brand content including blog articles, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and company announcements Support the development of creative messaging for product launches, customer stories, and corporate updates Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft and edit marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tone Contribute ideas and creative input during campaign planning sessions and team meetings Produce marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, and branded materials - ideally with the ability to handle both content and design creation. Help maintain and refresh website content to ensure accuracy and relevance Research industry trends and competitor activity to support content planning and positioning Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates key business objectives effectively

Key Skills and Qualifications:



A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a keen eye for grammar, structure, and tone Creative thinking and the ability to translate technical or complex information into engaging, audience-focused content Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic email marketing tools Competence with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous Understanding of social media content best practices and digital publishing Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Dutch, Italian) would be beneficial but not essential
