Job Description

Content Marketing Executive

The Content Marketing Executive is responsible for creating high-quality, brand-aligned content that communicates our key messages in engaging, inspiring, and memorable ways.

This role sits at the heart of our marketing function - crafting words, stories, and visuals that bring our brands to life. From brochures and blogs to campaign copy, expert guides, and sales tools, every piece of content you produce will capture the essence of our brands and help audiences understand, connect with, and choose us.

You will develop and manage a structured content calendar, ensuring all materials are planned, purposeful, and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with colleagues across the marketing team - as well as our in-house photographer and videographer - you will ensure that imagery, video, and written content come together seamlessly to create impact across every channel

You'll stay close to content trends, consumer preferences, and creative innovation - continually pushing boundaries and raising standards in how our stories are told. Your work will blend authority with aspiration, positioning our brands as trusted experts and true leaders in style, design, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, write, and edit high-quality content across multiple formats - including blogs, brochures, expert articles, campaign copy, sales materials and more. Develop narratives that bring our products, partners, and brand values to life in ways that inform, inspire, and engage both trade and consumer audiences. Create expert-led pieces such as style guides, how-to articles, design insights, and inspiration content that position our brands as authorities and trendsetters. Own and manage the group content calendar - ensuring all activity is planned, prioritised, and aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal themes. Push boundaries in how we approach content - exploring new formats, tones, and storytelling techniques to keep our communications fresh, distinctive, and premium. Work with colleagues across Performance, Engagement, and Brand Design to ensure content supports campaign goals and enhances digital, PR, and lifecycle marketing outputs. Collaborate closely with the in-house photographer and videographer to plan and brief shoots - ensuring visual content aligns with written narratives and brand standards. Develop impactful content for brochures, presentations, POS materials, and other tools that support the sales process and elevate brand perception. Build and adapt content that can be repurposed and shared by our Installer Partners - supporting their marketing efforts while maintaining consistency with our brand tone and standards. Maintain ownership of web and blog content - ensuring articles are current, well-structured, optimised for search, and reflective of brand tone and style. Produce trade-facing content that supports installer engagement and showcases partnership, quality, and shared success. Develop homeowner-focused materials that educate, inspire, and strengthen emotional connection to our brands. Act as a guardian of tone, ensuring every piece of content - written or visual - embodies our brand personality and creative standards. Support the ongoing development and application of our tone of voice and content guidelines - helping ensure brand consistency across all channels and contributors. Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Executive to ensure content supports CRM journeys, newsletters, and customer engagement programmes. Use data and analytics to assess content performance across channels - applying insight to refine tone, topics, and formats for greater impact. Stay informed on emerging content marketing trends, platform developments, and creative best practices - taking inspiration from leading brands within and beyond our sector. Regularly review and refine content outputs to ensure consistency, clarity, and ongoing alignment with brand strategy.
