As a result of continued growth and development within the Marketing Department, we are searching for a talented Content Marketing creator to join our head office team based in Leeds.

This role is ideal for someone motivated about storytelling through long-form, educational and brand-led content, with a keen eye for detail to communicate with confidence across our diverse audience.
Working with several internal stakeholders, this role would play a key part in the continual development of the Marketing strategy across print and digital platforms within the Group.

Key Tasks
Own and evolve the brands tone of voice across all long-form content.
Develop a content calendar aligned to strategic campaigns, seasonal priorities, and internal initiatives.
Lead the production of educational guides, leadership articles, brochures, and campaign assets.
Collaborate with design and digital teams to deliver high-impact, multi-channel content.
Support the development of dementia specific materials and lifestyle storytelling.
Work with PR partner to pitch stories, secure coverage, and respond to media opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in content marketing, editorial or communications roles.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Experience working in/ with the healthcare, care or regulated sectors. (advantageous)
Familiarity with dementia care or healthcare communications (advantageous).
Knowledge of video production and visual storytelling (advantageous).
