The Role
We are looking for a
Content Marketing Executive
to join our growing marketing team. This is a creative, hands-on role with a particular focus on producing engaging content across digital channels. You will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and compelling copy to support campaigns, social media, email marketing and web content.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining
graphic design expertise
with
strong copywriting
skills. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Design Manager and Digital Marketing Executive, you'll bring the brand to life through engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.

Responsibilities
Create, design, and publish branded content for multiple channels including:
- Social media platforms (Linkedin & Twitter/X)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Website (blog posts and general design/copy updates)
Produce graphics and visuals to support marketing activities, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns, emails, blog posts, and website content.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, guides, and presentations where needed.
Optimise content for SEO, accessibility and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaign delivery and brand storytelling.
Stay up to date with content and design trends to ensure Compliance Chain remains fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a
content creation role
with both design and copywriting responsibilities.
Proficiency with
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as a minimum)
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
Highly organised, creative and proactive.
Desirable:
Experience using Wordpress and Elementor
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
