Content Marketing Manager
to lead our digital marketing and content initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the creation, management, and optimisation of content across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who understands content strategy, digital trends, and how to effectively connect with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Content Manager, you will:
Develop and execute digital content strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Create and manage quality content for social media, email, websites, blogs, and campaigns tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Oversee content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Monitor audience interactions, respond to engagement, and build a strong, consistent brand presence.
Analyse digital performance data and produce regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the Communications team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and promote organisational news, initiatives, and events.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in marketing content creation and managing digital channels.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and analytics.
Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive, creative mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
