About the Role



We're looking for a talented

Content Marketing Manager

to research, write, and deliver engaging, high-quality content that supports marketing activities across all channels. This role will position the business as a thought leader, raise brand awareness, and drive business growth through compelling storytelling and strategic content creation.

Reporting to the

Head of Marketing

, you'll play a key role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across social media, PR, and digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing?



Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media



Manage and own social media strategy for the Sapphire and Resibuild brands. Research, write, and edit content to drive engagement, awareness, and growth. Monitor competitor activity to inform strategy and performance improvements. Build and manage online communities to increase brand loyalty and engagement. Report on key social media metrics in line with set targets.

PR



Collaborate with PR partners to build and adapt PR strategies across markets. Review, edit, and approve releases and articles from partners. Track and report PR performance and outcomes.

Case Studies



Research and gather content for compelling case study development. Work with Sales and Contract Managers to capture project information. Produce case studies for the website, social media, press, and electronic media. Collaborate with digital content creators on video case study material.

Thought Leadership



Manage and deliver thought leadership pieces that position Sapphire as a leading voice in the construction industry. Produce high-quality, insight-led thought leadership content with the Brand Director. Report on engagement and leads generated from thought leadership content.

Digital Content



Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure website content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and engaging. Write regular blogs and support email marketing campaigns. Liaise with design teams to deliver visuals and ensure brand alignment. Oversee design briefs and ensure quality control before publishing.
Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30am till 4:30pm

What You Bring?



Construction Industry Experience is desirable 5+ years in a strategic content role, with proven success in managing B2B content across digital, social, and PR channels. Excellent communicator with top-tier people skills Strong attention to detail, organisation, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LinkedIn (organic and paid). Experience managing customer communications and media partners. A strong journalistic approach to research and content gathering. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks under pressure Team player with a proactive, "let's get it done" attitude
