We're looking for a talented and experienced Content Production Manager to lead our in-house video and content team in producing outstanding digital content across our two existing brands and to launch our third in early 2026.

This is a collaborative role that requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on production. You'll have a deep understanding of video best practices (probably from a spending some time as a Videographer / Editor) social media, and storytelling. You will play a key part in shaping our digital identity and driving engagement across all platforms.

Duties



Lead and inspire a small, dynamic team of videographers and content creators, ensuring all projects, large and small, are delivered on time and to a high standard. Develop and manage a production schedule for each brand, aligning content output with marketing plans and business goals, working closely with the Marketing Manager. Shape our digital content strategy across social media, website, and paid channels (PPC), ensuring consistency of tone, voice, and brand identity. Review and refine content, providing constructive feedback to the team and maintaining high creative and technical standards. Being a leading voice in developing ideas for our digital content, staying true to our brand. Oversee studio operations, including care of video equipment and cleanliness of production spaces. Use data and analytics to measure content performance, identify opportunities, and inform future strategy. Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive. Act as a principal point of contact between external stakeholders and talent when devising and coordinating digital content. Identify and establish new relationships that will aid in the growth of the business. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a PPC strategy, ensuring campaigns are supported with effective digital assets. Ensure the company's digital presence is kept up-to-date and promotes the brands as best in the industries. Getting stuck in where needed with filming, editing, photography and copywriting.

Requirements



We're looking for someone who's both creative and strategic; a good manager and has a passion for delivering great content. Minimum 2 years' experience managing creative or production teams. An excellent communicator and people person, able to coordinate a creative team whilst providing a point of leadership and reassurance. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and proofreading skills. Excellent time management skills, being able to juggle multiple tasks whilst under pressure with composure. A positive, proactive mindset, always looking for ways to raise the bar and improve processes. You are curious! Experience managing and communicating with external stakeholders and influencers, with the ability build strong relationships quickly. At least 4 years' experience in content creation across multiple digital channels. Traditional video and photography skills offering an in-depth knowledge of end-to-end video production processes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro). Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Strong analytical skills, using performance data to guide creative and strategic decisions.
