We are looking for a highly creative and forward-thinking
Content & Social Executive
to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the content portfolio for our group and its subsidiaries from the ground up, playing a key role in how our brands show up across digital channels.
Working within an age-gated industry, you will be required to think strategically and imaginatively to deliver engaging content without reliance on paid media, influencer partnerships or other typical awareness-driving levers.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop, create, edit and schedule all content for the group and its multiple brands/subsidiaries.
Own day-to-day management of all social media channels across multiple brands
Help build a new content portfolio with us from the ground-up and ensure this is re-purposed across multiple platforms and formats to maximise reach e.g Long-form to reels or podcast to blog.
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, messaging and compliance requirements for age-gated industries.
Maintain strong community management standards.
Track and report on content and social performance, along with providing the latest. insights and trends to help shape and refine content and social strategies.
Support campaign planning with content ideas that align with key marketing objectives.
Work closely with internal and in-store terms to support the content needs of planned. campaigns and wider business strategies.
Skills / Requirements
Able to showcase current portfolio of work.
Proven experience in content creation or social media role.
Strong copywriting, storytelling and editing skills.
Ability to create visual content using design tools such as Canva.
Understanding of social media best practices across all platforms.
Confidence in managing multiple brands with varying tones and audiences.
Comfortable in all usual content types / formats and repurposing those.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage deadlines.
