JOBE OVERVIEW



The

Content & Social Media Executive

is responsible for planning, producing and managing the company's digital content across social media platforms, with a focus on building a strong international brand presence and growing engaged online communities.

This role combines

content creation, social media management and brand communication

. The successful candidate will lead the development of creative, culturally relevant content that represents the company's voice and supports its commercial and marketing objectives in both Western and Chinese-speaking markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Production



Plan and execute a structured content strategy for the company's social media platforms Create and edit written, visual and video content for Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video channels Adapt long-form content, interviews and stories into platform-appropriate posts and clips

Social Media Management



Manage the company's social media accounts across Western and Chinese platforms Schedule posts, maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand output Monitor engagement, reach and audience growth and adjust content accordingly

Brand & Communication



Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity, tone and positioning Translate cultural, creative and commercial stories into engaging digital narratives Support international brand communication for both Western and Chinese-speaking audiences

Audience & Community Development



Build and maintain relationships with online followers Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner Encourage audience interaction, loyalty and long-term community growth

Performance & Reporting



Track key performance indicators such as engagement, growth and content performance Provide regular reports and insights to inform future content and marketing strategy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 37,000.00-43,000.00 per year
