We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand messaging. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple social media accounts efficiently. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance visibility and engagement. Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity through social listening. Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Manage public relations efforts by building relationships with influencers and engaging with the community online. Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively. Edit videos and photographs for use in social media posts to enhance visual storytelling. Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading. Ability to manage relationships effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in e-commerce is a plus, along with knowledge of branding strategies. Familiarity with video editing software is advantageous for creating engaging multimedia content. A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in social media marketing.
