Role overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content Specialist

to join our Marketing Team. This role will be based in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content that supports TPF's marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, blogs, and email. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and enhancing our online presence, particularly through insightful and relevant content for our target audiences in the fintech and payments space.



Job responsibilities



As a result, Content and Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage TPF's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience engagement. Monitor and analyse social media metrics and performance to optimise content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. Write and publish blog articles related to payments, fintech trends, customer stories, product updates, and other relevant topics. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor content, and digital marketing trends to identify new content opportunities. Monitor trending topics and industry developments to identify timely and relevant content opportunities. Analyse the performance and positioning of published content using SEO and analytics tools to optimise future efforts. Support the development of email newsletters, landing page copy, and other written assets as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Collaborate with the Marketing Team and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align content with broader campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.


Key Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, ideally within fintech, finance, or a fast-paced digital environment. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with a strong attention to detail. Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content strategy and writing. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze content performance. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva or Figma) is a plus. Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in fintech, digital payments, and innovation. * A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, test ideas, and take ownership of content initiatives.
