We provide funding support to businesses across the UK. We have some key sectors we focus on such as Motorsport, Logistics, Brewery and Retail but ultimately, we can help almost anyone. Our office is in Paulerspury and offers employees wonderful facilities such as woodland walks, lakeside views, on-site cafe, and gym (membership included!)

We're proud to shout about both the range of finance products we can help with, and the outstanding customer service we give. We're looking for a talented content creator who can contribute to ideas and deliverables for conveying our marketing messages clearly and effectively.

Role Objective



Create an "always-on" revenue and retention engine to scale the marketing department's efforts and support overall business growth. Focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven content across digital channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities



Work collaboratively with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital channels and brands.

Ensure all content is clear, engaging, on-brand, and aligned with tone of voice guidelines.

Maintain and optimise existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and performance.

Identify content opportunities based on audience needs, trends, and analytics.

Write and optimise content for SEO, including keyword research, metadata, and internal linking.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).

Attend events where required to collect content for digital and PR purposes.

Support video content creation and basic editing where needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience



Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

Practical experience in marketing, including digital content creation.

Proficiency with digital platforms (e.g., social media, WordPress).

Strong attention to detail.

Proficient in written and spoken English sufficient for effective business communication.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console).

Video editing and content creation skills are desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
