We are recruiting for a Digital & Content Specialist to lead the day-to-day presence of our brands across social, email, and web platforms.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring together visual, written, and multimedia content to drive engagement across digital channels, with a particular focus on steady, high-quality delivery that supports retail, consumer, and brand-building goals.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role - ideal for someone who enjoys bringing stories to life through visual and audio content, while keeping a close eye on content performance and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Social Media
Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
Work with the team to develop a steady supply of brand-aligned and consistent digital content, including imagery, graphics, audio, and video
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align content with wider brand strategy and campaign messaging
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, content trends, and emerging formats to ensure the brands remain relevant and innovative
Email Marketing
Build and manage email campaigns via Mailchimp
Segment audiences and align sends to campaign goals and product launches
Collaborate with team on messaging, visual layout, and calls to action
Report on campaign performance and suggest areas for optimisation
Website & CMS
Create and update pages in Craft CMS (training can be provided)
Work with internal teams and external developers on content updates and formatting needs, ensuring brand consistency
Visual, Design & Audio Production
Create and edit video, photography, and digital visuals for use across campaigns, social media, email, and web
Adapt design templates or create new layouts in Canva or Adobe tools that align with brand guidelines
Capture and edit content from events, showrooms, and behind-the-scenes brand moments
Liaise with colleagues, retailers, and external partners to source or create visual and audio materials
Maintain a growing library of multimedia assets for internal and external use
Identify equipment/software needs and recommend upgrades as needed to ensure quality
Reporting & Campaign Support & Insight
Track content engagement across platforms and report monthly on performance
Use analytics and user data to refine content direction and digital strategy
Feed insights directly to the Head of Marketing and contribute to quarterly content reviews
Assist in coordinating campaign timelines and rollouts across social, email, and web
Work alongside the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive to support integrated campaign delivery across brands
Campaign & Brand Collaboration
Work alongside the Marketing Executive to deliver campaign content
Contribute to integrated digital communications plans
Support product launches, promotions, and retailer-led content needs
Provide digital support internally and externally, including event content capture
Maintain and organise shared digital asset libraries for internal and partner use
Skills & Experience
Essential Criteria
2+ years in a digital content or marketing role
Experience with social media content planning, creation, and publishing for business
Can demonstrate strong writing and content editing skills with a good feel for tone and audience
Proven photography, video, and audio content creation skills, including basic video editing
Strong working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) with an ability to create polished, on-brand visuals
Familiarity with CMS platforms (Craft experience a bonus)
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, including building campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
Competencies
Analytical mindset - able to interpret performance data and apply learnings
Organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple priorities
A passion for design-led brands, interiors, or lifestyle products is a plus
