Job Overview

As a Full-time Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our e-commerce strategies, enhancing user engagement, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our online presence is optimised for success. You will be responsible for managing our website content, working with Magento, and liaising with third-party developers and SEO partners to drive traffic and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy Management: + Develop and implement content strategies that align with our e-commerce goals
+ Analyse website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness
+ Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices, incorporating them into our content strategy
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives
User Engagement Enhancement: + Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms (website, blog, social media)
+ Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication
+ Optimise content for search engines and user experience
+ Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content formats and styles
+ Monitor user feedback and engagement metrics, adjusting content strategy accordingly
Third-party Collaboration: + Liaise with third-party developers to ensure seamless integration of content across all platforms
+ Work closely with SEO partners to optimise content for search engine visibility
+ Coordinate with external content creators and agencies when necessary
+ Manage relationships with content management system providers and other relevant vendors
Website Management: + Reformat and optimise web pages for improved user experience and SEO performance
+ Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
+ Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including meta descriptions, alt tags, and header structures
+ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all web pages
Product Catalogue Management: + Upload and maintain the company's product catalogue on the website using Magento
+ Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing
+ Optimise product pages for search engines and user experience
+ Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability is accurately reflected on the website
Magento 2 Proficiency: + Utilise Magento to manage and update website content efficiently
+ Customise product pages, categories, and other site elements using Magento
