A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Role: Content Strategist

Content requirements for clients have grown tremendously over the recent years. Client demands are evolving fast and we are expanding our content production offering to support them in the area of content planning and strategy. We are looking for a content strategist, specifically to help plan and design the right solutions for our clients specific needs.

It will be a pivotal role in the team and be expected to understand client content requirements as well as partnering with them and our creative community to establish which content is performing (including developing robust benchmarking data) and why. It will require a balance of strong data and analytical skills with the deep channel expertise.

The role will require direct client engagement, being able to lead and develop relationships, support pitches and be a key driver of this new team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building strong trusted relationships with all direct clients interested in reaching and engaging audiences in a digital environment
  • Providing ongoing strategic recommendations for delivering better content, faster and smarter, with a specific focus on dynamic creative and personalisation
  • Overseeing and driving the development of strategic and technical proposals and solutions to our clients, working closely with our Content Strategy and Content Production teams
  • Liaising across the wider Hogarth Worldwide teams (from a brand team or local market) to support and also consolidate relevant strategies, technologies and ways of working back to the central team.
  • Leveraging any relevant proprietary or 3rd party technology platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our dynamic and rich media digital campaigns
  • Working with our performance data lead to ensure the surfacing of valuable client insights. Specifically building out our creative analysis and benchmarking data offering.
  • Instilling a culture of quality and pride in all work crafted and executed into market
  • Communicating our vision and purpose consistently across all internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A first-hand understanding and experience of comms planning, with a particular bias around content architecture, persona development and web.
  • An in depth understanding of all forms of production (web, social, apps)
  • A passion for the creative product and how to use insight and data to deliver this
  • A hunger for innovation and challenging the status quo
  • A self-starter who is able to think strategically and solve business problems independently
  • Is a confident presenter verbally and in written documents
  • Commercially focused with a passion for delivering and exceeding results
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to multi tasks seamlessly and manage responsibilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative; pre-emptive and proactive; constantly thinking ahead; demonstrating a hands-on and highly organised approach to all tasks
