Overview

A UK-based fintech and financial education organisation is looking for a talented

Content Creator & Strategist

to design and produce high-impact digital content across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role focused on developing and delivering digital assets -- not live filming -- for use across

TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms

. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategy, producing content that informs, engages, and drives measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals. Create and optimise

short-form and long-form digital content

for social and web platforms. Design visually engaging graphics, animations, and multimedia materials. Manage content calendars, schedules, and posting workflows. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging. Monitor analytics and audience insights to improve engagement and performance. Research trends, topics, and competitor activity to inform creative direction. Maintain brand tone, compliance, and quality across all published content.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Content Creator, Content Strategist, or Digital Designer

. Strong portfolio with links to

previous social or digital content projects

. Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent design and video editing tools. Understanding of platform best practices for TikTok, YouTube. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data. Fully equipped home office setup with reliable internet connection.
