Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our content aligns with overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies
to strengthen BY Education's brand presence among B2C audiences in the international education and youth development space, with a focus on study tour products
Design and implement content marketing plans
that highlight the educational value, cultural depth, and immersive experience of our UK-based study tours
Create engaging, audience-relevant content
across multiple formats -- including blog articles, social media posts, promotional materials, student-facing decks, and video scripts
Manage and grow our digital presence
on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, WeChat, and Instagram -- from copywriting and scheduling to trend adaptation and follower engagement
Collaborate with visual designers and editors
to develop high-quality, branded content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
Support our B2B outreach
by drafting tailored communications, decks, and presentation materials for school partners, agents, and other education institutions
Conduct structured research
on UK university-related resources (e.g. summer schools, institutional programs, residential infrastructure) to support route design and local implementation
Track and analyse market trends and competitor programs
(e.g. itinerary design, pricing, positioning) to extract insights for continuous improvement
For those with interest and capacity,
assist with early-stage outreach
to UK-based institutional partners (e.g. universities, camps, venues), helping to build and maintain collaboration pipelines
Qualifications
Proven experience in content marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in social media marketing strategies. Familiar with social platforms like TheRed, TikTok, WeChat, and what resonates on each
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that engage readers.
Experience in graphic design is preferred, particularly using Adobe Creative Suite software.
Knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus for creating multimedia content.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of content strategies through data analysis.
