Job Description

With Intelligence is looking for a Content Support Executive for a 4 month FTC maternity cover to support the Content team with key tasks that contribute towards developing and executing high profile conferences targeting an audience of senior investment professionals.



This position will assist the Content team to oversee speaker management, update and maintain event websites, and help schedule speaker calls for a suite of annual legacy conferences. You will also get the chance to work alongside our dedicated investor relations, marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship sales and event operations team members.


In this role you will not only gain exposure to career opportunities within the Content department, but also have the chance to evaluate future career opportunities across the company. In addition, this position requires someone who is proactive and flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Please note that this is a 4 month fixed-term contract, with a salary of 28,000- 30,000 per year (pro-rata).

Responsibilities:

Keeping our internal systems updated with speaker registrations Updating and proofing the website and conference mobile app Organizing speaker preparation calls

Requirements
