Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm

We are a small team that manage vegetation and associated works for clients across a range of sectors including highways, rail, local authority and housing associations. We are seeking a motivated Contract Admin Support to help streamline our operations & technical functions and keep things running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaising with Clients:

Schedule and coordinate work bookings efficiently.

Managing Engineer Diaries:

Keep track of schedules to maximise productivity.

Collating and Sending RAMS:

Ensure all risk assessments and method statements are prepared and dispatched, and supporting with audit preparedness.

General Admin Duties:

Provide essential support and liaison to the Operational Team.

Updating In-House Portal/Records:

Maintain accurate job information for effective tracking.

Data Management:

Confidently manage and analyse data, turning information into actionable insights.

Generating Material Lists:

Compile and manage materials needed for various jobs.

Timeline Adherence:

Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables, helping the team meet its goals.
