Overview



We need to hire a Contract Administrator on a minimum 25 hours per week contract, potential for this to expand.

As an integral part of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain accurate records across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating client and project information in secure systems and spreadsheets, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and responding to stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and confidentially. You are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working with sensitive information, contributing to the team's commitment to efficiency and high-quality service.

Your Duties



Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues for senior management, supporting informed decision-making. Draft, review, and ensure accuracy of client and vendor contracts, aligning with OCO Global's commercial and compliance standards. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies, flagging any risks or discrepancies for escalation. Maintain records of all contracts, track key dates (renewals, expirations), and manage amendments or variations as required. Liaise with internal teams (consulting, finance, legal) and external partners to clarify contract requirements and resolve queries promptly

Essential Skills



Proficiency with the basic Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word) Strong communicator both internal and externally Able to organise, update, and query tables or spreadsheets. Ability to meet deadlines to support larger projects

Desirable Skills



Experience with company specific CRM's or Database systems Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
