Contract Administrator

(internally known as a Contracts Assistant) to join our

friendly, ambitious

Account Management team

at our Head Office in Harwell, Oxfordshire.

What you'll be doing





As a key member of the Account Management team, you'll help

deliver exceptional service

to our clients by keeping projects, data, and communication on track.

You'll:


Provide administrative support to Account Managers Create quotes, correspondence, and reports Generate and track client tasks Manage job processing and invoicing Liaise with purchasing for parts and equipment Maintain internal compliance and client portals Manage assets, tasks, and contract renewals Produce KPI reports and client communications Work collaboratively with internal teams Occasionally travel to regional offices in Cardiff, Derby, or Glasgow


What you'll bring:





You'll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork. To succeed, you'll need:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Google applications The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
