We are now seeking a
Contract Administrator
to join our growing team -- a motivated and organised individual who can ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day administration of electrical and compliance contracts
Coordinate engineer schedules and manage client appointments
Raise and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
Track job progress and maintain accurate records using company software
Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
Assist management with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking
Requirements:
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(essential)
Previous experience using
Simpro
software (preferred)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience within a
construction, electrical, or compliance-based environment
advantageous
