Contact Type: Fixed Term Contract until June 2026, Full Time, 35 hours per week


Salary: London 32,881 - 36,069 or National 28,886 - 31,876 depending on experience


Reporting Office: Stratford London or Trafford Manchester


Persona: Agile (20 - 40% office based)

L&Q is seeking a Fire Contract Coordinator to join our Fire Safety team within Property Services. You will support the management and maintenance of fire safety actions, across a large property portfolio, ensuring the delivery and completion of actions. You will work closely with the Contract Manager, Building Surveyors, and Technical Engineers, Contractors and internal teams.



You'll coordinate the allocation of Fire Risk Actions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with current regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fire Risk Actions in a reactive environment, strong problem-solving skills, and some knowledge of fire safety regulations.



You must possess excellent administration skills and the ability to organise, plan and prioritise effectively. You will be able to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your understanding of databases and systems will be coupled with the ability to analyse, interpret and deliver detailed reports and information with clarity.



Ideally you will have experience of systems such as Arena and you will need to be able to confidently use the full range of Microsoft Office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.



To be considered for this role candidates will be able to demonstrate/have experience in:




Providing excellent technical administrative and co-ordination support

Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders

Versatile, flexible regarding tasks covered, and willing to work as part of a team

Provide a customer centred, professional and competent approach to all tasks

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail IT competent

Passion for improving building safety

Is aware of related legislation and guidance
