The role is based on a 37.5 hour week, Mon-Fri on a flexi-time system
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate contract and project activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
Use project management software to plan, track, and report on progress.
Maintain accurate, organised, and up?to?date project documentation.
Oversee resource allocation and time management to maximise efficiency and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
Build strong client relationships through regular updates and participation in progress meetings.
Ensure high?quality, accurate data input across client databases and internal systems.

Proven experience coordinating resources within a project?focused environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.
