Our Contract Delivery Surveyor is a role with real purpose. Sitting in the Planned Investment team, you will play a major part in improving the quality of homes through planned major component replacement programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofs) - all while ensuring that our tenants are informed, engaged, and supported every step of the way.



For the purpose of this position, you will be focused on our roofing replacement scheme.



What's the role? Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:



Project Delivery - Assist in managing the delivery of our whole house modernisation project, carbon reduction / sustainability initiatives, and major component replacements.



Contract Management - Support the procurement, administration, and management of contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Supporting the monitoring of contractor performance, resolving issues and ensuring high-quality workmanship.



Cost Control & Budgeting - Assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring value for money in all projects.



Compliance & Regulations - Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability requirements.



Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise with contractors, consultants, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Our ideal candidate? Your CV and cover letter will highlight:



Degree, relevant qualification or experience in Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Management or a related field.



Knowledge of construction contracts, and project management principles.



Experience or background in roofing or roofing related contract management experience.



Experience of using Microsoft Excel to track data and create reports.
