The Role:

We're looking for

ambitious, motivated Outbound Leasing Development Managers

to join our sales team based in Chesterfield. You'll be on the front line, reaching out to potential business clients, sparking interest, and closing contract hire agreements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in sales with structured training, ongoing support, and clear progression into senior roles as the team grows.

What You'll Do:

Proactively contact potential business clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify and close leads. Learn how to tailor your messaging to different industries and decision-makers. Keep accurate records in our CRM and work closely with the sales manager and wider team. Be a key part of a dynamic and fast-paced sales floor with clear goals and coaching.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to hit (and exceed) targets. Eager to learn and develop a career in sales. Previous sales experience, from the Fleet or Automotive industry would be advantageous--we care more about attitude and potential. Team players who bring energy, ideas, and a strong work ethic.
