Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday



What you'll do:




As a Contract Manager at Ground Control, you'll take full ownership of contract delivery, customer relationships, and financial performance across your assigned area. You'll lead safe, high-quality delivery through your Site Management teams, helping drive profitability, client retention, and business growth while living our values-led culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage one or more contracts with full P&L responsibility Lead programme delivery through Site Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance Build strong client relationships and support repeat and new business Contribute to tenders and support the Gateway process Develop delivery plans and oversee contract mobilisation Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and Ground Control systems Support payment applications and resolve commercial or payment issues Recruit, develop, and mentor Site Managers and field teams

What we're looking for:



Experience managing contracts in rail, infrastructure, or similar environments Strong commercial and financial awareness Confident people manager with excellent organisational skills Safety-focused, proactive, and values driven Strong communication, influencing, and IT skills
