Internal Wall Insulation Contract Manager

Broad Oak Group is expanding due to newly secured contracts and is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee our Internal Wall Insulation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving sector at the forefront of the UK's residential decarbonisation efforts.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid office-and-field-based role, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of internal wall insulation projects:

Review survey reports and scope required works Order materials and schedule operatives Oversee project delivery to meet deadlines Ensure all site documentation is completed and returned Manage variations and unexpected costs Act as the primary contact for clients and site teams Liaise with office and technical support staff
Candidate Profile

We're seeking someone with hands-on experience and strong leadership qualities. You'll need to be confident in both technical and managerial aspects of the role.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in internal wall insulation, plastering, plumbing, and joinery Strong understanding of pricing, timelines, and technical specifications Excellent communication and coordination skills Knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards Ability to prioritise, organise, and use initiative Professional, approachable, and customer-focused Full UK driving licence
