Position: Contract Manager
Location: Canal Street, South Wigston, Leicester
Role: Full Time, 40 hours
Mitie have a brand new opportunity for an enthusiastic Contract Manager to join our team at Pladis, a confectionary company based in Leicester!
Main Duties:

  • Assist in achieving long-term objectives and developing new business with the existing client.
  • Audit contract work on a scheduled basis to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee training requirements of service and supervisory staff, conduct training support to cover training and development needs.
  • Ensure buildings, offices, equipment and vehicles are maintained.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changes in emphasis, or aspects of, the regional business requirements.
  • Ensure operation of the contract and one-off work is in line with the company procedures and be responsible for the associated company assets and facilities.
  • Participate in all aspects of forecasting and budgeting and work to ensure that Hygiene's minimum objectives are met.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in the Food Hygiene / Cleaning Sector
  • Management experience
  • Experience working in a Production / Site setting
  • Strong communication skills including Microsoft Office skills
  • Motivated, adaptable and driven personality
