Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our Facilities Management team covering our City of London Academies Trust TFM contract across Greater London with a main base of Hackney. This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday,

Key Activities:

  • Reporting to the Contract Director
  • To be responsible for all operational staff, budget and performance of the FM services contracts at the given location.
  • To effectively manage and develop services within the multi-site contract, using standards set by the Company and Trust Contract.
  • To be responsible for Contract and Statutory Compliance with the performance monitoring systems, and continually enforce cost efficiencies.
  • Manage the team including recruitment, development, appraisal, absence, discipline, etc.
  • Exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within budget
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Deliver, at all times, high quality TFM services within the COLAT contract, by applying professional expertise and management along with compliance against the contract planned and reactive maintenance requirements.
  • Organise and participate in an emergency/out-of-hours call out service where required.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Will ideally come from a demonstrable FM background with experience gained using the CAFM (Maximo) system to ensure the contract operates efficiently
  • Must have experience of managing staff within facilities management
  • Must have excellent communication, leadership and motivational skills
  • Will have an understanding of statutory compliance and contract deliverables
  • Will have experience of managing multi-functional teams
  • Will be able to demonstrate strong financial acumen
